FRAGOLE ALLA CREMA

fragole_crema Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g fragole
3 uova
30 g zucchero
1.5 dl vino Moscato
4 palline sorbetto di limone
Menta

Tagliare a fette le fragole, disporle in coppette, formando delle coroncine. Montare i tuorli con lo zucchero con una frusta elettrica, quindi diluire lentamente con il vino, mettere a bagnomaria e, sempre mescolando, far addensare lo Zabaione. Disporre nel Mezzo delle corone di fragole lo Zabaione caldo, decorare con foglie di Menta, servire subito.
