FRAGOLE IN AGRODOLCE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

300 g fragole
4 cucchiaini Miele
1 bicchiere vino rosso
3 cucchiaini aceto
vino bianco

Mondare le fragole, lavarle con il vino bianco, sgocciolarle e metterle in una grande coppa.

Versare il Miele in una Terrina, unire l'aceto, aggiungere il vino, mescolare bene, cospargere le fragole con questo liquido e mettere in frigorifero per almeno 1 ora prima di servire.
