FICHI CARAMELLATI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

16 fichi verdi ben maturi
200 g zucchero

Pulite i fichi con uno strofinaccio umido senza rovinare la buccia e disponeteli su un piatto da portata. In un pentolino fate caramellare lo zucchero con circa 4 cucchiai d'acqua, ma attenzione a non farlo diventare troppo scuro. Quando è pronto versatelo sui fichi, lasciate rapprendere e mettete in frigo per qualche ora.
