DESSERT TROPICALE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

8 fette ananas
8 cucchiai Mais
panna montata
mandorle dolci tostate
1 bicchierino liquore dolce
4 ciiegine candite

Mischiate in una Terrina i chicchi di Mais con le mandorle tritate ed il liquore lasciando in infusione per alcuni minuti con le fette di ananes. Sistemate su dei piattini le due fette di ananes per persona al centro, circondatele con Mais e mandorle, guarnite con une ciliegina candita il centro e terminate con ciuffi abbondanti di panna montata dolce.
