CREMA DI FRAGOLE E RICOTTA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g fragole
350 g ricotta
200 g zucchero
1 bustina vaniglina
8 Savoiardi
1 bicchierino Rhum
2 dl panna montata dolce

Passare al setaccio prima le fragole, tenendone da parte qualcuna, poi la ricotta, quindi lavorarla per qualche minuto con la frusta, mescolarvi lo zucchero, il passato di fragole e la vaniglina. Spruzzare i Savoiardi di Rhum, sbriciolarli con le dita, unirli al composto di ricotta e mescolare bene. Versare in piccole coppe, guarnire con la panna e con fettine di fragola. Mettere in frigo per due ore prima di servire.
