COPPETTE DI MELE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

2 mele renette grosse
2 cucchiai panna
2 cucchiai zucchero
200 g panna montata zuccherata
1 presa Cannella
2 cucchiai Brandy o Rhum

Tagliare a pezzetti le mele, frullarle con la panna liquida e lo zucchero, unire il composto alla panna montata, alla Cannella e al liquore. Mettere in freezer per 15', quindi distribuire in coppette e tenere in frigo per 1 ora.
