COPPA LATTEMIELE

coppa_lattemiele Ingredienti:

500

g mele renette
100 g zucchero
2 albumi
canditi per guarnire
ciliegine per guarnire

Sbucciate le mele, privatele del torsolo tagliatele a pezzi e cuocetele in una casseruola coperta a fiamma bassa con poca acqua per 30 minuti. Passatele ora al passaverdura e raccogliete il purè in una Terrina. Unitevi lo zucchero e gli albumi e versate il composto nel frullatore per ottenere una crema densa e bianca. Ponetela in una coppa da dessert, guarnite con i canditi a pezzetti e mettete in frigo per un'ora.
