COPPA ESOTICA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 ananas piccolo
2 clementini
100 g datteri freschi
2 kiwi
2 cucchiai kirsch
zucchero

Tagliare l'ananas a dadini e i kiwi a rondelle, sbucciare i clementini e separarne gli spicchi, tagliare i datteri a metà togliendo il nocciolo.

Disporre la frutta in una coppa, unire un po' di zucchero, bagnare con il kirsch e coprire. Porre in frigorifero fino al momento di servire.
