COPPA ARCOBALENO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 manciata mirtilli
1 manciata ribes
1 manciata uva spina
1 pesca
1--2 kiwi
gelato alla vaniglia
limone
zucchero

Fare macerare separatamente con succo di limone e zucchero i mirtilli, l'uva pelata e divisa a metà, i ribes e la pesca a dadini. Al momento di servire mettere la frutta a strati alternati con il gelato in bicchieri cilindrici, in quest'ordine: uva, pesca, ribes e mirtilli. Terminare con un ultimo strato di gelato e decorare con 2 fettine di kiwi infilate al centro della coppa.
