Ingredienti:

g farina
1 bicchiere latte
1 bicchiere acqua
2 cucchiai olio
1 cucchiaio liquore
2 uova
300 g ciliege
olio
zucchero
sale

Fare una pastella con la farina, il latte, l'acqua, i tuorli, una presa di sale, l'olio e il liquore; lavorarla bene, lasciarla riposare per un'ora e mescolarvi le chiare montata a neve.

Immergere le ciliege nella pastella, friggerle in olio bollente, cospargerle di zucchero e servire.
