BANANE FRITTE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 banane
4 cucchiai olio
3 cucchiai Zenzero

Tagliare le banane in due nel senso della lunghezza, quindi in due trasversalmente. Rigirarle bene nello Zenzero. Friggerle poi nell'olio caldo sino a che avranno preso un bel colore dorato. Sono ottime sia calde che fredde.
