BANANE FLAMBANTES

Ingredienti:
5 banane
2 arance
1/2 limone
100 g panna montata
zucchero a velo
Rhum

Sbucciare le banane, dividerle a metà nel senso della lunghezza e disporle a forma di Fiore in un piatto imburrato. Bagnarle con il succo delle arance e Mezzo limone, cospargerle di zucchero a velo e lasciarle macerare almeno 4 ore in frigorifero. Al momento di servire, versare un po' di Rhum sulle banane e infiammare; servire con la panna montata.
