BANANE AL COCCO

banane_cocco Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 banane mature
4 cucchiai cocco grattugiato
Rhum
zucchero
burro
1 limone

Dividere a metà le banane e da ogni mezza banana ricavare delle fettine per il lungo. Disporle in una pirofila imburrata, spruzzarle con il succo di limone, spolverizzarle con 2 cucchiai di zucchero, irrorarle con 3 cucchiai di Rhum e infine cospargerle con il cocco. Distribuire in superficie qualche fiocco di burro e passare in forno caldo a 220' C per 10--15'. Servire caldo.
