ARANCE IN SALSA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 arance rosse e sode
2 uova
60 g farina
4 cucchiai zucchero
2 dl latte magro
scorza di Mezzo limone grattugiata

Sbattete i tuorli d'uovo in unoa Terrina con lo zucchero e la farina, diluite Con il latte, unite la scorza di limone, versate in un pentolino e portate ad ebollizione senza mai smettere di girare. Levate dal fuoco, lasciate intiepidire e incorporate i bianchi d'uovo montati a neve. Affettate le arance dopo averle sbucciate e servitele con la crema tiepida.
