ARANCE AI MIRTILLI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 arance
300 g mirtilli
4 cucchiai zucchero
1 bicchierino liquore dolce
1/2 bicchiere vino bianco
1/4 l panna

Lavare le arance, tagliare ad ognuna un cappuccio, levare la polpa e passarla al setaccio.

Mettere il succo in una Terrina, unire i mirtilli lavati con il vino e passati al setaccio, lo zucchero, il liquore e versare il composto nelle arance.

Montare la panna, distribuirla sui mirtilli, mettere in frigorifero per 1 ora e servire.
