ARANCE ALLE FRAGOLE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 arance
350 g fragole
1 bicchierino liquore dolce
3 cucchiai zucchero
1/2 bicchiere vino bianco secco

Lavare le arance, tagliarle a metà, levare la polpa, bagnarle con il liquore e metterle in frigorifero.

Passare la polpa al setaccio, filtrare il succo e mescolarlo con lo zucchero e e il vino.

Lavare le fragole, metterle nelle bucce delle arance, versarvi il succo d'arancia, mescolarle e servire.
