arance_caramellate Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 arance
burro
zucchero
liquore all'arancia

Sbucciare le arance al vivo, tagliarle a metà in senso orizzontale e privarle dei semi. Adagiarle in una pirofila imburrata, bagnarle con il liquore, cospargerle di zucchero e di fiocchetti di burro e farle cuocere in forno caldo per 5 minuti.Far caramellare lo zucchero per 5 minuti sotto il grill e servire.
