ANANAS ALLA PANNA

ananas_panna Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 fette ananas in scatola
2 banane
200 g panna montata zuccherata
4 ciliege sciroppate
Brandy

Frullare le banane con qualche cucchiaio di Brandy. Incorporare alla crema ottenuta la panna montata, mescolando delicatamente. Disporre le fette di ananas su 4 piattini, spruzzarle di Brandy e su ogni fetta formare una piramide di crema alla banana. Sulla sommità sistemare una ciliegina e spruzzare ancora di Brandy.
