ANANAS FLAMBE`

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

8 fette ananas sciroppato al naturale
1/2 cucchiaio zucchero
1/2 bicchiere Brandy

Disporre su un piatto resistente al calore le fette di ananas zuccherate. Metterle in forno a 200oC per 5 minuti. Bagnare con il Brandy bollente e infiammare. Servire subito.
