0.5 kg zucchero
300 g. alcool a 80 gradi

Si puliscono le amarene con uno straccio senza lavarle; si toglie il nocciolo cercando di sciuparle il meno possibile, poi si mettono per 24 ore in un vaso alternando uno strato di amarene ed uno di zucchero.

Dopo 24 ore si vuota il tutto in un vaso a chiusura ermetica aggiungendo l'alcool. Si mangiano a Natale
