ZEPPOLE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 6:

1/2 kg patate
4 uova
1 bustina lievito di Birra
100 g zucchero
1 limone
1 kg farina

Impastare contemporaneamente le uova intere, le patate lessate, la farina, il lievito, 1 cucchiaio di zucchero e una buccia di limone grattugiata fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo. Mettere coperto a lievitare. Quindi ricavare dall'impasto dei dischetti da friggere nell'olio bollente. Una volta cotti, passarli nello zucchero.
