RICOTTA FRITTA

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 4:
300 g ricotta
50 g farina
2 uova
olio per friggere
zucchero

Affettare la ricotta in fette alte circa 1 dito e ricavarne quadrati di circa 4 cm di lato. Infarinarli, ricoprirli di uovo sbattuto e gettarli nell'olio bollente. Sgocciolarli dorati e servirli spruzzati di zucchero.
