OMELETTE DOLCE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

6 uova
50 g zucchero
50 g burro
1 scatola albicocche sciroppate da 500 g
liquore all'albicocca
2 cucchiai marmellata di albicocche
3 cucchiai panna
sale

Sbattere le uova con poco sale, 2 cucchiaini di zucchero, la panna e poco liquore. Fondere il burro, versavi le uova e far rapprendere l'omelette da un lato Posarvi al centro le albicocche tagliate a pezzi, usandone 2/3. Spruzzare di li quore e cospargere con zucchero. Piegare in 3 l'omelette, cospargere di zucchero e liquore. Sciogliere la marmellata con un po' di liquore, adagiarvi le albicocche rimaste e servire con l'omelette.
