LATTE FRITTO

Ingredienti:

g zucchero
50 g farina
4 tazzine latte
1 uovo
burro

Mescolare zucchero, farina e latte con una noce di burro e cuocere a fuoco lento finché rapprende. Versare su un vassoio o un piatto basso lasciar raffreddare e indurire. Tagliare a cubetti, passarli in farina e uovo, indorare in burro molto caldo e servire spruzzati di zucchero a velo.
