FRITTO DI RICOTTA

Ingredienti:

g ricotta
1 uovo
1 cucchiaio zucchero
farina quanto basta

Stesa la pasta, morbida, in uno strato piuttosto alto, si taglia a rombi che si friggono in olio abbondante e si cospargono di zucchero a velo.
