FRITTELLE QUADRATE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 kg pasta di pane dal fornaio
80 g uvetta
70 g frutta candita
150 g burro
120 g zucchero
olio
zucchero a velo

Lavorate la pasta con l'uvetta, la frutta candita tagliata a pezzettini, il burro e lo zucchero. Lavorate bene la pasta con gli ingredienti, poi stendetela col mattarello lasciandola alta 1/2 cm. circa; tagliatela a quadratini di cm. 3 di lato. Lasciateli lievitare per un' ora circa, poi friggeteli in padella con olio abbondante. Spolverizzate le frittelle, scolate, con zucchero a velo.
