FRITTELLE DI PESCHE

Ingredienti:

1

kg pesche
1 bicchierino marsala
1 bicchierino Rhum
1 uovo
pangrattato
olio
zucchero

Lavare le pesche, sbucciarle, snocciolarle e farle macerare per un'ora con il marsala e il Rhum.

Sgocciolarle, passarle nel pangrattato, nell'uovo sbattutto, ancora nel pangrattato e friggerle in olio bollente.

Cospargere di zucchero e servire.
