FRITTELLE DOLCI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

300 g farina
4 mele
1 pizzico sale
1 pizzico bicarbonato
3 cucchiai zucchero
1 cucchiaio zucchero a velo

Mescolare la farina con il sale, lo zucchero e il bicarbonato. Sbucciare le mele e tagliarle a fettine. Unirle alla pastella e friggere a cucchiaiate nell'olio bollente. Spolverizzare con lo zucchero a velo e servire caldissime.
