FRITTATA DOLCE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 2:

3 uova
50 g zucchero
1/8 l panna liquida
burro
1 pizzico Cannella
buccia di limone
liquore dolce

Sbattere i rossi d'uovo con lo zucchero il burro ammorbidito, il pizzico di Cannella, il sale, la panna e la buccia di limone grattugiata; sbattere e unire le chiare d'uovo. Scaldare il burro, versare dentro il composto, dargli la forma di frittata e cuocere. Servire dopo aver bagnato con un poco di liquore e cosparso con un velo di zucchero.
