CREPES DI GRANO SARACENO ALLE MELE RENETTE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

8 cre^pes
4 mele
2 cucchiai marmellata
2 cucchiai Miele

Preparare delle crêpes molto sottili e farcirle con piccole fette di mele renette scottate nel burro ed amalgamare con marmellata di mele cotogne e Miele.

Mettere al forno con sopra zucchero caramellato.Provenienza: RAI Televideo 23/01/1992
