CIAMBELLE DI YEMMA

Ingredienti:

kg patate
1.5--2 kg farina
8 uova intere
1 po' sale
buccia di limone grattugiata
1 hg burro
1 bicchiere olio
3 cubetti lievito di Birra

Lessare le patate, passarle e farle raffreddare. Aggiungere gli altri ingredienti ed impastare il tutto. Formare le ciambelle e farle ricrescere per un po'. Infine friggerle in abbondante olio di semi, scolarle e passarle nello zucchero.
