Ingredienti:
200 g burro
100 g zucchero a velo
1 uovo
350 g farina
vaniglia
limone
arancia
sale
Impastare tutti gli ingredienti. Coprire l’impasto e lasciarlo riposare in frigorifero per 1 ora. Rotolare brevemente, impastare, stendere e tagliare. Cottura 10 minuti a 180 gradi. Quando freddi, spalmare una metà di marmellata e ricoprire con l’altra parte. Provenienza: Hotel My Arbor, Bressanone 11/12/2022
