PASTINE FROLLE 

1/2 kg farina
1/2 cucchiaino lievito in polvere
125 g burro
100 g strutto
4 tuorli d'uovo
un po' scorza di limone grattugiata
1 albume

Lavorare la pasta il meno possibile, dare la forma alle pastine e spennellarle con l'albume. Quando sono cotte, spolverarle di zucchero.
