BISCOTTI AL PEPE

Ingredienti:

300

g farina
200 g Miele
50 g burro
2 tuorli
1 cucchiaio Cannella
abondante Pepe
10 g lievito
1 pochino latte

Sbattete il burro con il Miele.

Unite la farina, i tuorli d'uovo ed il latte, e mescolate bene. Deve rimanere un'impasto abbastanza compatto (regolate il latte per ottenere la giusta consistenza).

Aggiungete infine il lievito e le Spezie, e cuocete 15/20' a 170oC.

Spingono ad abbondanti bevute di tè oppure anche di buon vino.
