TIRAMISU` AL MASCARPONE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 8:

300 g Savoiardi
500 g mascarpone
4 uova
Rum
7 cucchiai zucchero
1 tazza caffè ristretto
cacao amaro in polvere

Sbattere bene i tuorli e 5 cucchiai di zucchero; unire mascarpone e 3 cucchiai di Rum, quindi gli albumi montati. Mischiare caffè, Rum e 2 cucchiai di zucchero; allungare con poca acqua e inzupparvi i biscotti. In uno stampo alternare uno strato di biscotti a uno di crema al mascarpone fino a esaurire gli ingredienti. Mettere in frigorifero per almeno 1 ora. Spolverizzare di cacao.
