SPUMONE ALLA FRUTTA

SPUMONE ALLA FRUTTA Ingredienti:

Dosi per 8:

300 g frutta albicocche, pesche, mirtilli o lamponi
230 g zucchero
2 dl acqua
1/2 l panna montata

Cuocere a fuoco dolce per 10 minuti l'acqua con lo zucchero mescolando continuamente. Far raffreddare. Mondare la frutta e passarla al setaccio, unirvi lo sciroppo di zucchero e la panna montata mescolando dall'alto verso il basso. Disporre il composto in uno stampo e mettere in frigo per 2 ore.
