SOUFFLE` AL LIQUORE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

2 bicchierini liquore all'arancia
100 g zucchero
4 tuorli d'uovo
3 albumi
1/4 l panna montata

Sbattere i tuorli con lo zucchero, unire 1 bicchierino di liquore e cuocere a bagnomaria girando continuamente fino a ottenere un composto soffice e spumoso. Far raffreddare continuando a girare, unire l'altro bicchierino di liquore, gli albumi montati a neve ferma e la panna. Porre il composto in uno stampo in freezer per circa due ore.
