SOUFFLE' AL CIOCCOLATO

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 4:
200 g cioccolato amaro
4 uova intere
1 albume
70 g zucchero
1 cucchiaio farina
burro per ungere lo stampo

Far fondere il cioccolato a pezzi a bagnomaria. Battere i tuorli con lo zucchero, unire la farina e mescolare con un cucchiaio di legno fino ad ottenere un composto liscio e chiaro. Aggiungerlo al cioccolato, incorporare gli albumi montati a neve e versare il tutto in uno stampo da soufflé imburrato. Cuocere in forno a 180o per 20'. Portare subito in tavola ancora ben caldo.
