RISOGALO GRECO

Ingredienti:

1/2

l latte
1 bustina maizena
1/2 tazzina riso bianco
2 cucchiai zucchero
Cannella se piace

Cuocere girando il riso nel latte; quando il riso è cotto aggiungere la bustina di maizena e la Cannella in polvere, il tutto si addenserà (se no continuate a girare fino a che non si addensa 8-) ). Mettere in coppette, farlo raffreddare e motterlo in frigo a fino a vostro piacimento.
