MOUSSE DI MELE

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 4:
750 g mele renette
30 g burro
1 stecca vaniglia
3 cucchiai acqua
130 g Miele
250 g panna liquida
30 g zucchero a velo
50 g yogurt bianco intero

Tagliuzzare finemente le mele e cuocerle a fiamma bassa con il burro, la vaniglia e l'acqua finché si saranno sfatte Unire il Miele mescolando, quindi togliere dal fuoco. Far raffreddare, eliminare la vaniglia, incorporare lo yogurt, amalgamare e versare in una ciotola di vetro. Porre in frigo per 3 ore. Servire con la panna montata insieme con lo zucchero.
