MOUSSE DI CASTAGNE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g crema di castagne
200 g cioccolato fondente
150 g panna montata
20 g burro
vaniglia in polvere

In una casseruolina sciogliere il cioccolato con il burro aggiungendo un cucchiaio d'acqua.

Lasciar raffreddare, unire la crema di castagne e un pizzico di vaniglia.

Versare il composto in una grande coppa, aggiungere la panna montata e mettere in frigorifero per circa 2 ore prima di servire.
