MOUSSE AGLI AMARETTI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 6:

400 g cioccolato fondente
300 g panna montata
5 albumi
150 g Amaretti
1 bicchierino liquore all'arancia
nocciole tostate

Tritare il cioccolato e farlo fondere a bagnomaria con il liquore. Far raffreddare e incorporarvi gli Amaretti sbriciolati. Mescolare con una frusta, amalgamarvi la panna montata e gli albumi montati a neve fermissima. Versare il composto in una coppa di vetro e livellare la superficie con un coltello. Mettere la mousse in frigo per 4 ore prima di servirla decorata con le nocciole.
