MONTEBIANCO SPRINT

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g crema di marroni in scatola
1 cucchiaio cacao amaro
60 g cioccolato
Rhum
200 g panna fresca
2 cucchiai zucchero al velo

Mescolare la crema di marroni con il cacao e il cioccolato fuso, aromatizzare con poco Rhum. Unire la panna fresca montata con lo zucchero al velo. Con il composto formare un piccolo ``monte" e decorarlo con panna montata.
