GELATINA ALL'ARANCIA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 dl gelatina dolce di base
scorza di 2 arance
1 bicchiere colmo succo di arancia
1 bicchierino cura,cao o di liquore al mandarino
Per decorare:
1 arancia a fettine

Macerare le scorze di arancia nella gelatina per 1 ora. Unire il succo di arancia e filtrare attraverso una tela inumidita. Unire il liquore, mescolare e versare la gelatina in 4 coppette. Metterle in frigorifero fino al momento di servire. Decorare con le fettine di arancia e servire.
