DOLCE DI ADA

Ingredienti:

uovo intero
1 rosso
125 g zucchero
75 g cacao
75 g burro
50 g nocciole
100 g biscotti comuni
olio

Lavorate uova e zucchero per 15 minuti. Aggiungete il cacao e continuate a montare; poi il burro, i biscotti e le nocciole, sempre mescolando. Foderate una teglia con carta pergamenata, unta leggermente di olio. Versatevi il composto, livellatelo e ponetelo al fresco 2--3 ore. I biscotti vanno rotti in più parti, le nocciole abbrustolite, sbucciate e rotte prima di unirle all'impasto.
