DELIZIE AL CIOCCOLATO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

100 g cioccolato fondente grattugiato
400 g panna
100 g zucchero
2 uova
1 bustina vaniglina
2 cucchiai Rhum
biscottini

Sciogliere il cioccolato con la panna e 50 gr di zucchero. Sbattere le uova con gli altri 50 gr di zucchero, unire la panna al cioccolato, la vaniglina e il Rhum. Versare il composto in uno stampo da budino scanalato. Cuocere in forno a 200' a bagnomaria per circa 1 ora e 10 minuti. Far raffreddare, sformare e servire con i biscottini.
