CREMA DI SUSINE

Per 4 persone.

Lavare, sgocciolare e porre a cuocere a fiamma bassa e coperto, 800 g. di susine fresche con 100 g. di zucchero e 2 Chiodi di Garofano.

Passarle poi al setaccio e unire 4 cucchiai di Miele, un pizzico di Cannella e uno di Noce moscata.

Amalgamare bene e gettarvi a pioggia 200 g. di mandorle sbucciate e tritate finemente.

Rimescolare bene e porre in una coppa di vetro decorando la superficie con mandorle sbucciate intere.
