CREMA DI SMETANA

Dolce tradizionale russo.

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 6:
100 g mascarpone
200 g panna da montare
il succo di 2 limoni
125 g zucchero a velo
10 g gelatina per dolci
vaniglia

Mescolare il mascarpone con la panna, unire il succo dei limoni, lo zucchero a velo e una presa di vaniglia. Mettere in frigo per 20', quindi montare la crema finché raddoppierà il volume. Unire la gelatina sciolta in acqua tiepida. Versare la crema in piccoli stampi e passarla in frigo a consolidare.
