CREMA AL RUM

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

90 g zucchero
3 rossi d'uovo
75 g farina
1/2 l latte
30 g burro
1/2 bicchiere Rum
Savoiardi
mandorle tritate

Battere le uova con lo zucchero, unirvi la farina e, poco alla volta, il latte Bollito. Porre il composto su fuoco basso e mescolare finché non si addensi, unire il burro. Sistemare in coppette i Savoiardi imbevuti di Rum e quando la crema è fredda versarvela fino a coprirli. Guarnire con mandorle tritate.
