CREMA ALLE PESCHE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

3 pesche
4 uova
1/2 l latte
2 cucchiai farina
1 bicchiere panna
vino bianco
zucchero

Sbucciare le pesche, tagliarle a pezzi, metterle in una casseruola con lo zucchero e 1/2 bicchiere di vino, far cuocere per circa 20 minuti e frullare. Montare i tuorli con lo zucchero, unire la farina, il latte e far bollire, aggiungere il frullato di pesche, la panna montata e mescolare. Versare in èna grande coppa, decorare con pezzetti di pesca e mettere in frigorifero per 2 ore prima di servire.
